Benin
Benin is a member of the ILO since 1960. Today, the three main priorities of the ILO programme in the country, developed in consultation with the tripartite constituents and other stakeholders, are the strengthening of social dialogue, the promotion of decent jobs for young people in urban and rural areas through the development of sustainable enterprises, and the consolidation and extension of social protection.
