Cabo Verde
Cape Verde has been a member of the ILO since 1979. Today, the country recieves technical and support from the ILO through a Decent Work Country Programme (DWCP) focused on two main priorities: employment creation and social protection. Other initiatives facilitated by the ILO include support for SME development, promoting youth employment, enhancing vocational training, combatting child labour, and the creation of a national registry for social protection programs to aid cash transfer implementation.
