Global Accelerator Progress Report 2023-2024

This is the first progress report of the Global Accelerator on Jobs and Social Protection for Just Transitions for the period January 2023 to April 2024. The report presents the vision, strategy, and results of the Global Accelerator in supporting countries to accelerate progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by addressing decent work and social protection gaps and facilitating the transition to a resilient, sustainable, and inclusive world. The Global Accelerator was launched in 2021 by the United Nations Secretary-General, signalling the UN system’s collective response to addressing the multiple challenges that threaten to erase development progress.
