To be eligible to conduct business with the ILO, vendors are required to accept ILO standard terms and conditions of contract.
The following ILO standard terms and conditions are annexed to all contract documents issued by the Procurement Bureau as appropriate, and form a material part of the contractual agreement formed between the ILO and the vendor:
The ILO reserves the right to amend or tailor its standard terms and conditions to better meet the specific requirements of its procurement contracts and associated projects.
