Mauritius has been a member of the International Labour Organisation since 1969. Today, the country receives technical and financial support from the ILO to implement its Decent Work Programme, which aims to create decent and productive jobs with adequate social protection, strengthen social dialogue, and eliminate all forms of discrimination.
