United Kingdom has contributed US$ 20.1 million to ILO voluntary non-core funding in 2020-23

The United Kingdom is a key partner of the ILO in advancing decent work and social justice worldwide.  

The ILO works closely with the Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office and the Department for International Development to reduce vulnerability to trafficking and forced labour of women and girls across migration pathways and for improving labour migration governance and enhancing migrant workers’ qualifications and skills, including in the care work, textiles, clothing, leather and footwear industries.
